Business Development Executive – 12 Month Contract

This is a part time Business Development opportunity, working 3 days a week (flexible on days).

Working for a highly successful UK HR Consultancy based in Romford.

The role will be establishing and developing a successful BD offering selling HR Consultancy services to an established client base.

Responsibilities -
• Develop and implement Business Development strategies for the HR Consultancy
• Project manage BD & Marketing campaigns
• Identify referral and cross selling opportunities
• Develop strategic relationships with intermediaries
• Set and manage office BD & Marketing budgets
Experience -
• Five years BD or marketing experience
• Experience of working in a consultative environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Experience of compiling a BD plan
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of a CRM process/ system
