About the role

We are seeking an administrator to support our award winning recycling and waste team. This will involve regular liaison with our contractor and other stakeholders in collating and maintaining recycling and waste related data; production of performance reports; preparing documentation for and taking notes at meetings; and maintaining team calendars and as well as our web and social media presence.You will also assist the team with the coordination of our operational and customer facing tasks and administer the purchasing of supplies.

About you

With a minimum of GSCE grade C/4 in Maths and English or equivalent, you will have a ‘can do’ and customer focused outlook, willing to go the extra mile and act on their feedback. You will be used to producing accurate and detailed reports using your Microsoft excel and word skills, and have the ability to quickly develop proficiency in the use of other ICT applications. Ideally you will already be competent in the use of social media and the internet as a business communications tool. With good verbal and written communication skills you will be able to develop and maintain good working relations with customers, stakeholders and colleagues alike.You will also be organised and methodical and able to work well as part of a small team and on your own initiative in a fast moving environment.
