Supported Housing Administrator
Chippenham
£19,684 - £21,652 pro rata
Permanent, part time (21 hours per week)
Passionate about great places to live. Our client is a major provider of housing, regeneration, support and commercial services across Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
They are currently seeking a Supported Housing Administrator to ensure a high quality service is provided to residents in supported projects managed by them or jointly with other external providers.
You will deliver a high quality administrative service to the Supported Housing Team and provide an excellent service to all their customers regardless of tenure by ensuring their services are flexible to a customer’s needs.
You will work in partnership with housing, maintenance, and other staff, as well as external support providers to deliver housing and support services.
As the successful candidate, you will have a GCSE level C or above in Maths and English or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level. The ability to use Windows systems for email, correspondence and data entry is essential.
You should also possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, along with an excellent telephone manner
