Part-time Sales Support Administrator
Cannock
£18,000
Working 30 hours per week - Monday - Friday from 09.30-16.30.
My client is an international business based in Cannock who are looking for a Part-Time Support Administrator to provide support to their busy Sales/Account Management team.
As a Sales Support Administrator your duties will include:
·Organise and prioritise daily workload
·Maintain excellent relationships via email and phone
·To set up quotes within a timely manner
·Booking and locking in contracts
·Update internal systems with the necessary details
·Ad hoc filing of relevant documents
·Provide administrative support to Account Managers
As a Sales Support Administrator you will have the following skills:
·Previous Administration experience
·Proficient in Microsoft Office
·Excellent communication skills
·Ability to efficiently manage workload
·Excellent time management skills.
