Do you have an excellent telephone manner? We are looking for freelancing Telemarketing Executives to work for our clients 16-20 hours per week from a quiet room at home during office hours, Monday to Friday. There is an opportunity to do more hours. You will be expected to attend the Bristol Office for campaign work and training during the week.
Key activity: making calls on behalf of our clients, following up on e-mail and LinkedIn communications. The calls are aimed at decision makers in companies within desired sales sectors. The data provided includes names, numbers and a detailed script.
Key responsibilities:
* Completing a number of calls based on agreed volume
* Representing the client company in a polite and a professional manner
* Arranging direct contact for the client representatives such as appointments and calls where possible
* Finding our further relevant information regarding the target companies as specified in the script
* Filling in the information in a legible manner within the designated space on the CRM system
Experience:
* Business or corporate background is desired
* Some telephone work experience is a must
* A basic trial will be run before you start
* Use to working to targets.
Requirements:
* Good level of written and spoken English
* Ability to work during normal work hours
* Computer and internet access
* Quiet place from which to complete the calls
Opportunity:
* 16-20 hours per week as a start
* Working with regular clients and campaigns
* Increased hours if applicable
