My client based in Cromer, are seeking a temporary administrator to join their friendly and welcoming team, to support them through a busy period. Hours available are Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm.

You would be working within the hospitality sector and supporting the office. Your duties will include:

- Taking bookings over the phone and email

- Booking them on to an in-house booking system

- Sending confirmations via email and post

- Taking telephone enquires and promoting activities

- General administration

- Assisting with invoicing and processing payments

- Coordinating third part deliveries

The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to work to support other teams in quieter times if necessary.

- A previous background with in administration is essential

- Experience within hospitality would be an advantage

- Due to the location a car is essential
