The role will report to the Head of Administration and Operations and offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work closely with the College's Senior Leadership Team. The role will be based between Rotherham College/Dearne Valley College.
Successful candidates will have experience in the following:
* Working within a similar PA/ Admin role
* Effective and strategic management of electronic diaries
* Managing email including flagging items for action and monitoring progress
* Typing / preparing correspondence, including presentations
* Administration of meetings, including taking and transcribing the notes
* Co-ordinating Events
* Co-ordinating travel requirements, booking accommodation and preparing detailed itineraries
* Extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office applications, specifically, Outlook, Word and Excel
* Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or willingness to undertake
