Proactively partner and provide insights and advice to our Technology business.

You will act as a key advisor, and provide insights and analysis to manage the cost base supporting the delivery of Technology’s strategy. This role will offer you the opportunity to be a true business partner, as you proactively partner with the Technology function supporting the Corporate Operations Group business. You will use your outstanding relationship and communication skills to build and maintain relationships across key stakeholders including the Technology CIO, Business Manager, Business COO’s and Finance colleagues.

Be responsible for providing meaningful insight into the Technology cost base and Technology charges to the business division, including identifying opportunities that cost base owners and consumers can take to reduce their costs. You will also provide business customers with analysis, insight and explanation of their Technology costs, and reviewing and challenging the financial results for the business. Another key part of this role will be identifying opportunities to simplify and improve current processes. Supporting this role are high performing individuals based in our Manila office.

You will be a confident, driven and problem solving-focussed individual, with the ability to innovate and deliver positive outcomes. You’ll be able to demonstrate strong Financial Planning & Analysis skills through having experience in a similar role previously within financial services where you were supporting a technology business. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, a process improvement mindset and an interest in working with colleagues in Australia and abroad. Qualifications include a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar and CA/CPA qualification or equivalent. Additionally, experience with Apptio, TM1, PowerBI and other Technology Finance skills are highly advantageous.
