Bookkeeper / Office Manager  Holland Build is a privately-owned construction company catering for projects ranging in value from £25,000 to £3 million in the Public, Private and Care sectors. We cover a radius of 100 miles from our head office based in Northamptonshire.  Position: Bookkeeper / Office Manager  Location: Boothville, Northampton  Job type: Part Time, Permanent  Hours: 9:30 to 2:30, Monday to Friday (hours negotiable)  Salary: £18.50 per hour  About the role:  Holland Build currently have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join their team as Office Manager / Bookkeeper based in their Northampton Office.  Responsibilities:  - Processing sales and supplier invoices including credits, receipts and payments  - Credit Control  - Quarterly VAT and Annual tax returns  - Purchase Order completion  - Management of financial paperwork and filing  - Year-end preparation for submission to accountants  - Check company bank statements and monthly bank reconciliation  - Act as main office contact, answering office telephone, following up on email enquiries  - Administration of company vehicles  - Coordination of required ISO audits and ensure compliance is maintained  - Coordination and processing of required Construction Industry Schemes including CITB Levy, CHAS, CIS schedules, CIS submission and payment to HMRC  - Administration of H&S compliances  About you:  - Solid understanding of bookkeeping, accounting payable and receivable principles  - Proven bookkeeping experience  - Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures  - Hands on experience with spreadsheets  - Proven experience of Sage  - Good computer skills in Microsoft applications  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and respond to client’s requirements  You may have experience of the following: Bookkeeper, Book Keeper, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator, Finance Assistant, Finance Administrator, Finance Manager, Accountant, Office Manager, Office Supervisor, Office Team Leader, Administrator, etc
