Do you have great customer service skills?

As a Customer Service Agent, your focus will be receiving incoming calls from Customers, solving any Complaints/queries they have, ensuring you deliver a world-class customer experience. You will also be responsible for following up on outbound calls, responding to email and live chat.

We are looking for part time applicants, days/hours vary, includes evening and weekends.

Essential Skills

* Previous customer service experience is desirable

* Possess strong communication skills with being able to communicate both orally and in writing

* IT proficient and willingness to undertake training with in-house systems

* An interest in the automotive industry
