Personal Assistant, Baker street, London
3 day week (Tuesday - Thursday)
Medical Cash Plan, Pension, Life Assurance, SIP Scheme, Laptop, Mobile Phone
Managing diaries of both the CEO and CFO, arranging meeting, collating appointments, controlling access to Senior staff
Office Managing of London office
Some financial tasks such as expenses
Dealing with correspondence and phone enquiries
Implementing and maintaining procedures and administrative systems
Liasing with both internal staff and external customers
Arranging all aspects of travel
Organising conferences and events,
Keeping direct reports advised of deadlines
Some home / personal tasks such as banking, diaries
Experience required:
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years in a similar role
Will live within 30 minutes of Central London
Educated to A level standard is preffered
Be able to use initiative to complete tasks and work with minimal supervision
Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Flexible approach to work hours
Full clean driving licence, as some travel will be required
Be trustworthy and discreate
