Occupational Therapist required to work within busy Service in Blackpool.

Full or part time availability is considered, with work being offered for a minimum of 3 months at band 6 level.

You must have:

- 12 months previous experience within the NHS

- HCPC registration

- Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
