Our services and treatments are available to everyone – not just those with health insurance What you'll be doing As our customers onsite occupational health manager, you will be working onsite with one of our most prestigious customers. As the subject matter expert, you will work with our own customer account and operational management team to ensure we deliver a constantly high quality and responsive OH service and exceed the customers’ expectations of their partnership with us. You will have a high degree of autonomy day today and building and maintaining a close working relationship with the customers key stakeholders is a key priority and accountability of the role. You will manage and lead an OH practice nurse and an OH administrator in line with our people manager expectations You will be responsible for delivering our SEQOHS accredited occupational health services in line with the customers’ contract. You will regularly audit all services and report locally and nationally on the key metrics required by the organisation. You will carry your own clinical case load, attend and contribute to local and national environmental, health and safety meetings, and support the customers strategic health and wellbeing objects. Who we’re looking for? You will hold a post registration qualification in OH Nursing, recorded on Part 3 of the NMC Register You will have a current registered general nurse with a valid NMC pin You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all times (written and verbal) You can demonstrate have up to date OH clinical knowledge and skills. You have experience in managing occupational health services in a complex manufacturing environment You have a keen commercial awareness. You are PC literate with a good knowledge of Windows and web packages. What’s it like to work here?
