Are you an experienced project manager within the property development space? Do you find procuring and managing a team thrilling, and watching projects come to life under your guidance? Do you want a part-time flexible working position to keep your finger and ear firmly in the industry a growth business?

The Legacy Group is looking for a part-time project manager to help coordinate property development and property network projects, working in a General Manager type position to help monitor, process and improve all key project activity. 


Role Description
The Property Development Coordinator will:

  • Take responsibility for the coordination of all new residential projects from inception to completion, using our simple Project Management software 
  • Coordinate all supporting parties, including marketing, legal, design, events, external contractors to ensure projects remain on time and budget. 
  • Attend monthly development site meetings and make sure all parties are on track, updating progress using internal software 
  • Be the central point of contact for all third parties and joint venture partner 
  • Report into CEO with weekly updates, challenges and ideas 
  • Work between home, our Chiswick office and occasional day-trip in Cheltenham - flexible works

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar position and knowledge of delivering multi-faceted projects (property or other) 
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness and patience to support team members 
  • Ability to wear several ‘hats’ while maintaining effective relationships with all key development and business partners
  • Confidence in applying pressure where needed to keep a project on track and scrutinize invoices, results and budgets
  • Proactive, positive and self-motivated approach to tasks and problem solving i.e. presents solutions alongside identifying challenges
  • Confidence and experience in handling budgets and financial targets, checking invoices, assessing and preparing cash flows, tracking monthly performances and targets.
