A Part-Time Receptionist role based in Maryport
Your new company
A reputable local firm based in Maryport are recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist.
Your new role
You will be working as the first point of contact for the business, meeting and greeting guests as they enter and answering all incoming calls efficiently. The reception fluctuates in activity, with some days being quieter than others, on these days you will help ad hoc administrative tasks to support the Office Manager. This role is for 2 full days during the Winter season, increasing to 3 days per week in the Summer season.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years experience working within a receptionist role. You will be well-presented with a confident and professional telephone manner. You will be a keen team player, with a positive and easy-going nature. You will be a quick learner with strong IT skills, with efficient and accurate typing abilities. You will be immediately available, on a short notice period or be able to fit 2-3 days in with your current work pattern.
