2 Part time posts: 30 hours, 23 hours to work within the Complex Care Team

The Acute and Complex Care Service is a growing team which consists of PARROT (Paediatric Acute and Rapid, Response Outreach Team), Complex Care Team, Specialist Nurses, Specialist Education Nurses, Continuing Healthcare Nurse Co-ordinator and a team of Children's Healthcare Support Workers.
The Complex Care team provide nursing care to children and young people aged 0-19 years with long term conditions, acute and complex health needs, including long term ventilation.
We are looking to recruit two Community Children's Nurses to join our Complex Care team. You must be a highly motivated and effective team member who is committed to providing high quality care in community settings.
Our ideal candidate will be a registered Children's Nurse (RSCN/RNC) with relevant post qualification experience who will provide support to the band 7 Complex Care Lead and Continuing Health Care Co-ordinator.
