Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities
What will this role achieve?
Ultimate decision maker and leader of the retail channel, setting and driving the strategic plan. Working closely with all functions across the business both internally and externally to ensure channel performance and business growth.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Driving profitable business growth through a deep understanding and management of business metrics.
- Executing the sales strategy aligned with our customers and implement specific JBP (joint business plans) where appropriate.
- Developing and leading the retailer vision and OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategy and Measures).
- Responsibility for the sales and commercial partnership within the scope of the role which includes management of the account planning process and ensures all plans are in line with the SEUK and Digital Mass sales and distribution strategy in order to maximise growth and revenue.
- Responsibility for developing and strengthening partner relationships, implementing channel governance including partner mapping and engagement planning.
- Implementing and driving preferred partner status within customer.
- Coaching and developing the retailer’s sales team, ensuring best in class behaviours and the best practise.
- Demonstrative expertise of business, customer and market.
- Guiding Brand and Channel marketing, ensuring increased share of voice in in the retailer and best in class marketing campaigns to support sell out of portfolio.
- Guiding customer experience team within the retailer, ensuring the delivery of a smooth and efficient after sales process to deliver a great NPS (net promoter score).
- With the support of the legal counsel, negotiating the contractual framework including the terms and conditions for trading.
