Simply Education are working closely with a Nursery setting in Royston who are looking to recruit 2 members of staff on a permanent basis. One role is for part time 3 days a week and the other is for a full time 5 day a week position.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, pro-active and demonstrate extensive knowledge on the EYFS. Great rates of pay depending on experience. Full and part time positions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Cache level 1, 2, 3 or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 months experience working with children. (this can include volunteering and being a nanny)
- Flexibility
- Patience
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Ability to effectively work in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff/children alike
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues is key in this roll. Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of the children. Support the children's development, learning and play. Be a key person carrying out all related duties and responsibilities in building relationships with children and their families in accordance with the EYFS
