Are you and experienced Sales Administrator looking for an exciting new part time permanent opportunity in Worcester?

My client The Royal Life Saving Society UK are looking to expand their team. The opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to add value to a growing business area. Specifically focusing on commercial opportunities in the leisure and open water sectors, supporting the Commercial Manager to generate new business.

This is a part time role working 3 days per week

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administration tasks relating to sales and commercial opportunities.

• Receive and manage incoming sales queries.

• Sourcing, processing and chasing leads via telephone and email.

• Managing and assisting with correspondence to prospective and existing clients.

• Reviewing and distributing business quotes, proposals and other sales related documents.

• Generate and maintain monthly leads and sales reports.

• Monitor customer accounts and keep track of sales targets.

• Arrange courses and consultancy visits.

• Provide administration support to a team of associateconsultants

Person Specification

• Enthusiasm, ambitious and driven self-starter with a can-do attitude

• Previous experience working within a sales environment - Sales Admin experience

• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities

• Confident computer user, and familiar with CRM systems

• Excellent team player with a can-do attitude

• Evidence of continuous professional development

• Exceptional telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
