Due to retirement we are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who is looking to develop their career. We offer a rewarding career mix of looking after our own registered patients and walk in patients. The Centre offers exceptional patient access to both registered and walks in patients 7 days a week. We have an excellent multi-disciplinary innovative team and the fascinating workload will inspire anyone with an interest in both general practice and urgent care. Ideally we are looking for a Registered Nurse who is able to deliver chronic disease management, child and travel Immunisations, women’s and sexual health. It would be an advantage if you have the prescribing qualification (or willing to undertake) have experience of triage and qualifications in Physical Assessment. You will be responsible for providing face to face consultations for both registered and walk in patients presenting with unscheduled Primary care conditions alongside the delivery of general practice nursing and provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for all patients.
