Your new company
The company you will be working for is a dementia care centre caring for anyone living with dementia. The care centre is a beautiful county house set in the Hampshire countryside. Your new company is unique in that the residents can enjoy the company of many animals that live there such as horses, wallabies and pigs and they offer an extensive list of activities for residents to enjoy.


Your new role
Along with your daily duties your role as a Senior Carer will also include ensuring that the care centre is fully staffed, and shift handovers go as smoothly as possible. Making sure that the annual leave is booked and covered appropriately, and that relevant training is undertaken by all staff.

You will also ensure that the care staff under your supervision care properly for the animals in their care group.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need be an experienced carer who has previously worked with Service Users with Dementia. You also have previous experience at a Senior Care Assistant level.


What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £8.50 per hour with enhancements for Saturday £9.50 p/h and Sun night / Overtime £10.50 p/h which can rise after the probation period.
