Here's where you'll make a difference:

As a Digital Analytics & Insight Manager you'll be adept in analysing customer data and delivering actionable customer insights that make a real difference. You'll undertake continual analysis, create dashboards, effectively share your insights, implement and test analytics tool with support from the team.

To be successful for this role, you will be proficient at cutting through the volume of data and translating it into insight that can contribute to strategic business decisions and improving the overall customer experience. You'll be confident working with senior stakeholders and helping them to shape decisions based on your analysis and recommendations.

You'll be highly skilled in the use of Google Analytics, Adobe analytics (preferred) or similar alongside strong tag management experience in either Google Tag Manager, Tealium (preferred) or similar. You will have strong experience in implementing tracking through tag management principles and the QA process around this.

You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO and UX concepts whilst understanding how digital can improve the experience online for our customers.

Your Accountabilities will include;

  • Conducting analysis and presenting insight using a diverse range of sources to support customer journey optimisation
  • Delivering end-to-end customer analysis; from responding to brief right through to impactful delivery of results
  • Collaborating effectively with the team and a wide range of stakeholders across our business to drive the right outcomes for our customers
  • Building effective networks across communities in Lloyds Banking Group and external analytics communities to help ensure we learn and share expertise with others
  • Have a continual understanding of latest trends in the industry and our competitors
  • Broad technical knowledge across a range of analytics, SEO & marketing applications and systems
  • Act as a source of professional expertise and have accountability for analytics data governance and continuous supply of timely and informative insight.
  • Manage and minimise operational risks with regards to data we are responsible for owning.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, anticipating, clarifying and shaping requirements for the purpose of optimising business results
  • Deliver analytical/research projects or provide insight to broader projects

Essential Experience;

  • Web Analytics experience (WebTrends, Adobe, Google Analytics)
  • Tag Management experience (Tealium, Google Tag Manager)
  • Session Replay tool experience (Tealeaf, Decibel Insight, SessionCam)
  • Experience of SEO tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. written and presentation skills) and uses various communication channels

Preferred Experience;

  • Financial Services experience
  • Basic JavaScript
  • Basic SQL
  • Experience with Tableau or other Data Visualisation tools
  • Survey tool experience (Qualaroo, Foresee)
  • Experience with Marketing Tools (Adwords, DoubleClick, Facebook, etc)
  • Experience with page performance tools (App Dynamics)
