Play a pivotal role in our commodities and global markets tech futures team, based in London. You will work on system enhancement projects at a global level whilst being immersed in the business.

We have a global network of desks and market-leading electronic execution platforms and provide continuous 24-hour execution and clearing coverage of all major markets.

Our division has specialist expertise in energy, freight, grains and soft commodities. We also provide services to other divisions.

We provide connectivity to exchanges globally, including ICE Group (Europe, US, London, Canada), CME Group (CME, CBOT, Nymex, Comex), Eurex, Osaka, Sydney, Tokyo, HKFE etc.

We are always looking to enhance our technology estate and require a Technical Business Analyst to help us accelerate this effort. You will work with vendors and our in-house development team to manage platform upgrades and integration with our existing environment. Our aim is to build, maintain and evolve best in class systems.

To be successful in this role you will have to demonstrate experience with transaction reporting as well as dealing with both technical and functional vendors.

You will be coming from a Front Office technology environment ideally FIX and/or direct market access businesses where you have worked with derivatives, futures or equities trading domains. You will be hands-on investigating issues through FIX logs and database queries, ideally prior experience of being involved in platform upgrades, managing vendors and dealing with technical impacts to internal processes/flows.    

You’ll need to be strong technically but able to converse with a range of audience including external (vendors), internal (business stakeholders and delivery teams)
