Finance Administrator
Our client is a Winchester based IT Consultancy who are looking for a confident Finance person to join their team on a part-time basis. Working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000 pro rata, per annum
Responsibilities:
* Reviewing, updating and maintaining Finance Processes
* Posting, sending and uploading sales and purchase invoices
* Credit Control
* Processing of monthly Payroll for 7 employees on Xero
* Answering calls, and booking meeting rooms, transport & hotels when required.
Essential skills/qualifications:
* A – Level (or equivalent) qualification required.
* Higher Education qualification preferred
* Competent IT skills (Microsoft Excel, cloud-based systems, Xero preferred but experience with similar systems are accepted).
We are looking for an experienced, confident Finance person who has not only worked in a Finance position before, but who is also personable, can use initiative, be proactive and generally hit the road running.
Being a team player is key to this role. Time management skills are essential to organising the work load and meet deadlines.
