Part Time Office Administration & Support
The Alternative Board helps people live better lives. Our small and friendly head office team in Harrogate works closely with our regional TAB colleagues and the business owners they support, and we’re looking for someone who can provide additional administrative resource for our growing business.
In a varied role, for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, an ability to work both independently and collaboratively, you will support all areas of the head office team, including Marketing, Training and Finance.
Our ideal person will
* share our passion for the work we do with business owners
* have current experience with Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Power Point
* be organised and efficient
* be comfortable communicating with a wide variety of business owners, our regional TAB franchisees and external suppliers
* enjoy adapting to the unexpected
* be happy to take their turn to make a cuppa
The role is part time, 20 hours per week spread over a minimum of four days, with flexibility within those days. The salary will be based on a full time equivalent of £18,000.
