Our client, based in Market Harborough, has engaged Paul Mitchell Associates on an exclusive basis to recruit a Part Time Bookkeeper.
Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and confidentiality are vital credentials for this position.
With regular direct contact with all of their clients, strong customer relation and communication skills are vital.
You will ideally be familiar with Sage Line 50 and Moneysoft Payroll.
Responsibilities
* Recording day to day financial transactions and completing the posting process
* Reconciling the transactions and checking that they are recorded correctly
* Day books, creditors, debtors and general ledgers
* Payroll
* Process Accounts Payable and Receivable, manage invoices and HMRC payments
* Maintaining all financial records
* Create and analyse financial reports
* Solid understanding of profit and loss
* Proven ability to manage financial figures and statements
Salary £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata (£12 - £15 per hour)
Hours: 3 Full Days or 4 Part Days
