Information about the school

We are a thriving one-form entry primary school with nursery in the Tonbridge and Malling District in Kent and are based just outside of Maidstone. We are located close to two train stations and are on a direct bus route from the centre of Maidstone. Our aim is to provide an environment in which the children feel safe, secure and happy and able to develop a sense of self-worth in order to become confident, independent learners.

The strapline “to make our best better” is evident through the dedication and commitment of all staff in supporting learning throughout the school. Personalised learning is at the core of our academy and thus My Unique Pupil Progress meetings and a variety of interventions encourage all children to achieve.

We have an award-winning (Kent Design Awards) building and are very well resourced. Each classroom has its own cloakroom for the children and office space for the teacher.

Our School and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
