Salary: £31,800 - £42,500 (£17p/hour)+ PAID BREAKS + excellent benefits package

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a beautiful care centre based in Horsham. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside the management team , ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. The care centre offers an on-site salt cave, two hydrotherapy pools, an activity day centre, a specialist gymnasium for leisure or specific physiotherapy programmes and a sensory room.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a reputable healthcare provider in one of their specialised care centres in Horsham. The care centre provides specialist care for residents aged 18+ with autism or physical learning difficulties and this service boasts an excellent reputation. The care centre is ideally situated within close reach of transport links and local shops.

Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Clinical Lead Nurse for this position (RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified) - you must have a valid NMC registration. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, knowledgeable and passionate, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills. Previous leadership experience is essential for this position.
