Megabooth is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team in their East London / Essex office. It is a part-time role and we are looking for someone to start quickly!
As Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Directors, where your responsibilities will include providing high quality, day-to-day administrative support, which is responsive to the business needs and contributes to smooth and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with experience of providing first-class administration support. We are looking for someone who is very organised, able to prioritise effectively and deliver a value-added administration service.Due to the nature of the work, exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential attributes for this role, together with an interest in events or the desire to find out more about working in an events organisation.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Coordinating meetings, arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
* Processing booking forms and entering into diary
* Monitoring and responding to emails and telephone calls coming into the department
* Processing financial administration, for example, expenses, invoices, credit card transactions and raising purchase orders
* Chasing invoices outstanding for payment
You will be experienced at working as part of a team, able to adapt and be flexible, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
You will be joining a small, vibrant team where your contribution to the smooth running of the department will be vital and valued.
