Working for an established, freindly and highly succesful company based in Chippenham. They require a part time administrator. Flexible working hours.
Ongoing Temporary Administrator – 20 hours per week
However this may fluctuate up or down, very slightly, depending on the work load, from week to week
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with general administration in a busy office. Providing support / assistance to the Business Manager.
The Role: - Temporary - Ongoing
The role provides a supportive and administrative function to the office.
Main Tasks:
* Administration of office procedures;
* Dealing with general enquiries – both in the written and verbal form;
* Distribution of company literature, training manuals, etc;
* Auditing of training records;
* Issuing training certificates and identity cards;
* Updating the company’s training database;
* Maintenance and updating of the office filing system;
Skills:
The candidate should:
* Have previous experience within a busy administrative environment;
* Be computer literate to a high standard - competent in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel as a minimum. The candidate should also be willing to understand other software packages;
* Be extremely organised;
* Have a pleasant, polite and professional telephone manner;
* Have a methodical approach to their workload;
* Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively;
* Be able to liaise with people at all levels;
* Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently;
* Have a good standard of written English
