Hackney CVS are looking for a Development Coordinator to manage their contract with City and Hackney Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), to set up and co-ordinate a network of migrant and refugee organisations and to work closely with them on an individual and network basis.

This is an interesting role that will provide and oversee the capacity building work with refugee and migrant organisations, ensuring we can provide bespoke support to the selected organisations and also that we can utilise the learning from the project to develop plans and bids for longer term support for this cohort.

The coordinator will support the Migrant Support Network members to develop consortia bids and proposals that enhance the safety net for Hackneys communities, prioritising community-led approaches, partnerships between large and small organisations to ensure that the organisations with reach into communities are recognised for their expertise.

Hackney CVS are looking for someone with experience of organisational development work, contract management and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the Migrant Support Network and City and Hackney CCG, so experience of partnership working is also essential.

Salary: £32k per annum pro rata (Professional level 2, £28k-£34k)

Part time: 21 hours per week
