Our client is an expanding international artisan coffee shop group and are looking for talented speciality head coffee baristas with minimum two years of experience in this new Central London speciality coffee house opening . This opportunity represents an exciting opportunity for career growth due to fast growing expansion plans within the business.

The main responsibilities will include making coffee to our house standards, maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring there is a welcoming atmosphere in the café. But the job is not just about making coffee; the cleaning, unpacking of deliveries and restocking of shelves, will also be a big part of the day.

We are open 7 days a week and would expect a full timer to be available for 5 shifts, which will include weekends. A part timer will also be required to be available for approximately 25 hours per week.

About you:

• Minimum of 2-years experience as a barista in a speciality /artisan coffee house
• Fluency in English language.
• Willing to make a change in coffee growing communities.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Organized and have exceptional attention to details.
• Clear understanding of milk texturizing, coffee ratios and extraction.
• Excellent customer service.
• Above all, you are a team player, who has an amazing personality.
