The Chiswick Nursing Centre provides a Recovery and Healthcare service for Adults of all ages and with a wide variety of Healthcare conditions.

We are recruiting Care Assistants to work as part of a growing and successful team who are focused on improving the lives of our Residents.

You will be provided with full training and so whilst experience is helpful, it is not essential. Many of our best Carers come to us with no previous background in Care.

We are currently recruiting to meet expanding need and are offering all new employees a £100 bonus payment when they complete their training / probation period with us.

Your duties will include supporting our Residents to regain and maintain their independence as well as helping them with living day by day with a wide range of complex conditions.

You will be offered the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification in the Care Sector and to develop your role at the Nursing Centre where we have a clear career progression plan for you. Many of our Care Assistants progress to Senior roles within the organisation - or move forwards towards Nursing careers.

Helping to support our residents with personal care, eating and drinking well, enjoying life in Older years and taking part in meaningful and stimulating activities are all key elements of this job which can be extremely rewarding.

Our salary levels are good (From £8.25 - £10.50 per hour {Min of £8.25 per hour after probation period} ) and we also offer other benefits including access to a discount scheme at supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants and other employee perks. We offer a range of shift times - Days / Nights / Weekend working. We have vacancies for Permanent - Full Time / Part Time and Bank employees.

You will work as a key member of a team of Care Assistants, Clinical Nurses and Therapists who are all focussed on making a difference.
