BS Social Care is currently looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to work with Adults and Elderly Residents with Learning and Physical Disabilities & Sensory Impairments.

Position: Support Worker

Location: East London/ Essex

Hours: Full & Part-Time Available

Salary: Competitive

In this role you will be working closely with Adults, providing personal centred care, working with individuals to achieve their personal goals, supporting individuals to explore their independence and choices; engaging with individuals in activities and tasks. This role may occasionally require working nights to support residents during the week.

You will need to provide your professional experience and skills with Adults to work with them on a day to day basis and to support their independence.

* Minimum of two years reference
