With flexible working opportunities available, we are now recruiting for a Document Controller to work on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone who will naturally align themselves with our commitment to customer service, quality and our culture. The main purpose of the role is to maintain the project filing system and prepare documents for storage/archiving as appropriate. Reporting to the Pre Construction Manager, the successful candidate will support team members in maintaining the smooth running of the administration function as well as liaising with the Pre-Construction Manager, Design Team and Commercial Manager. Training will be provided and as you develop within the business you will also provide administrative support to the project teams.

The Project

* Managing work flows

* Providing Access and permissions to consultants and supply chain partners

* QA check for format

* Issue reports chase comments

* Uploading marked - up drawings

* Printing and distributing hard copies

* Maintain information files

* Assemble contract documentation

* Supports our design managers



Essential and Desirable Criteria

 

Essential

* Administration experience

* Good standard of education or relevant experience

* Good level of written and spoken English

 

Desirable

* Working towards a relevant qualification

* Experience of working in Document Control

* A good working knowledge of 4Projects or Viewpoint
