Here in our Dublin office Exciting opportunity available for a talented individual to work in a dynamic growing billing team. The Global Fees and Billing team are responsible for managing a wide variety of Third Party Billing reconciliations with focus on risk and exposure management for Global Markets products.

Key to success in the role will be the active participation not only in maintaining the day to day controls and risk management but also the ongoing work on process improvements, initiatives, regulatory and mandatory changes.

You will have the opportunity to build greater understanding as to how BAML operates as a whole, allowing for interaction with various operational teams as well as front office and finance. You will have individual functional responsibilities as well as some oversight responsibilities, quality control and governance of the Global Business Services processing team in India. 

You will be responsible for ensuring that relationships with the trading desks, COO group and finance are maintained; and be expected to work with these partners to deliver on strategic change and ensure that the product is managed in a risk controlled environment. 

You will have opportunities to be involved in inbound and outbound migrations of functions to and from the Dublin campus, and your responsibilities will span billing for all Global Market products as well delivering the strategic vision of management. 

What will your main responsibilities involve?

  • Direct responsibility for the implementation and execution of our Global Billing Operating Model
  • Analysis of reconciliation related functions across the group and developing a road-map for migration of functions to the Target Operating Model
  • Direct interaction with LOB stakeholders in support of the assessment process and business change requirements to create scalable solutions while being mindful of risk
  • Ensure that the most appropriate organisational structures, systems, procedures and controls are in place
  • Assesses personal and technical abilities of all the in scope teams
  • Understands and follows internal operations policies and procedures
  • Work in cooperation with stakeholders and senior management so that we manage and deliver on expectations

What skills and qualifications will you ideally possess?

  • Excellent project management experience
  • Solid operations experience
  • Knowledge of Global Market products or support functions (Operations) is helpful
  • Independent and motivated, ability to deal with wide scope of demands in a high-energy environment
  • A standout colleague who can work within a dynamic, diverse and global team environment
  • Ability to handle and resolve queries independently and be a logical problem solver
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in both written and verbal context
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and maintain high standards when dealing with tight deadlines, high volumes and clients
  • Knowledge of the US Listed Options product is helpful
  • Ability to collaborate with key partners from front office sales and trading, Finance and the COO group
