Reporting to the HO Alliances, the role requires a high level of autonomy, exceptional organization skills, and good business judgement to deliver effectively.

Act as the team lead on all of our AIR4 projects (e.g. for new interline / codeshare partners), working with CSOS / AIR4 and the rest of the team

Chair weekly AIR4/CSOS/Alliances touchpoints, steering the meeting effectively to keep projects moving and uncover blockers

Liaise independently with CSOS, Alliances Managers, HO Alliances, and other partners to ensure that all VAA partners are aligned

Troubleshooting, using business judgement to triage issues, with input from the wider team, as well as to surface them when required

Co-ordinate and build strong working relationships between Alliances and all internal and external stakeholders

Leading standalone projects through effective project management as well as delivering key content items. Collaborating with partners within VAA and acting as the bridge between the Alliances team and interested parties

Team support on high-profile cross functional projects, such as codeshare or joint venture launches, supporting both the Commercial / Strategic and Operational elements of projects as desired

Identify and then independently deliver modules on these larger projects (e.g. drafting and agreeing the codeshare manuals for the VS/AFKL codeshare)

Picking up ad hoc tasks to support team priorities, deploying a wide range of skills including simple analysis, slide and written materials production, competitive landscape reviews and partner profiling.
