Our client has a part time, 6 month fixed term contract vacancy for a customer service specialist. This role suits people who have a real passion for helping others and making a difference. They want to recruit people who can give first class customer experience. As the role is telephone based, you will be handling enquiries and providing advice in a professional and friendly manner. This is not your typical call centre environment. Working as part of a friendly and cohesive team, the role is unscripted, where it is quality based, not quantity.
Handling a range of inbound calls, you’ll play a pivotal role when it comes to providing real time information, you’ll do more than just communicate; you’ll advise, dipping into your empathy, and ability to help customers get the right outcome for them.
The hours alternate between the following:
Weeks 1 and 3
Mon & Thu 19:30 - 02:00 and Fri 20:30 - 03:00 (6 hrs/day, 30 min break)
Weeks 2 and 4
Tues & Sun 19:30 - 02:00 and Sat 20:30 - 03:00 (6 hrs/day, 30 min break)
