At Bluebird Care Holywood our Care Assistants have one thing in common, they are all very happy! The reason why they are happy is because we value and respect ALL of our staff.

We provide our Care Assistants a friendly, supportive and professional environment for you to do one important thing - put a smile on the faces of the people who make up your community. We treat our customers like family; we laugh, we share, we engage and we provide that extra bit of support, just like you would with any family member.

We are proud to support our local community and we truly embody the idea of person centred care, and that is the reason why OUR care visits range from 30 minutes, to full 24 hour care and Live-In - we give you time to care.

Here is how we support/reward our Care Assistants:

- £8
- £8.80 weekends
- 21 pence per mile mileage allowance
- Excellent on-going support from our highly experienced management team
- Paid Training
- Employee of the Month benefits

- Variety of shifts available including day shifts, back shifts and overnights both full-time and part-time; allowing you the flexibility of a good work/life balance

Our customers mean a lot to us, and the way we support them is by providing a bit of extra help to allow them to remain living in the comfort and safety of their own home. This includes companionship, food preparation, help with medication, trips out, support with personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, helping people start their day and being a friendly face to have a cup of tea with and share stories - just like you would with your own family.

If you are new to care then don't worry. We have a well-designed training and support program in place to make sure you are confident in what you do, with lots of support both over the phone and out in the community. We have an open-door policy for our Care Assistants and an incredibly well led and supportive management and training team who are always available to help you and listen to your ideas and feedback.

If you have the people skills, a desire to provide the highest standards of care and are looking to change career or change to an employer who also cares about YOU - please get in touch.

We would like you to join our company as we value our staff and help change people's lives every day. If you are ready then please click the apply button and send us your CV and our friendly Recruitment team will then be in touch to say hello
