Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Type: Part Time, Temporary for 6 weeks - potential to extend following

Salary: £8.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday between 5pm-9pm, Saturdays 10am-6:30pm or 10:30am-7pm

Location: Chester, CH1

About This Role -

Working in a fun, highly energetic environment, providing an outstanding customer service. Taking calls from customers, handling customer queries.

Duties -

* Completing verification calls for customers

* Handling a mixture of inbound and outbound calls

* Working in a fast paced environment

* Providing excellent customer service

* Resolving customer queries

What’s Needed -

* Previous Customer Service Experience

* Highly motivated

* Ability to Communicate Effectively Both Written and Spoken

* Professional

* Positive and Confident Individual

* Ability to Build Relationships
