Reporting into the Head of Sales, our Workplace Utilisation Consultant will grow and develop this new role within the business. The role of this job is to seek out and report opportunities to drive sales leads and help build the Cloudbooking brand worldwide. You will be contacting prospects who will have a need for our solutions and advise on the benefits of those services.  

Good basic salary plus excellent commission structure. 20 days holidays (plus bank holidays) per year, which increase with length of service. 6-month contract initially, with a view to permanent.  

The skills you’ll need:  

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience B2B experience of Telesales/marketing
  • Proven knowledge of working within B2B telemarketing for outbound lead generation
  • Proven experience of building and growing a pipeline of new prospects
  • Proven experience of generating a qualified demo meeting as briefed by the business needs
  • Experience and knowledge of using CRM systems for reporting, managing of data to meet the targets
  • A drive to hit targets and progress your career

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering qualified meetings in line with monthly and quarterly targets
  • All the appointments booked must be in line with the internal booking procedure
  • Work closely with the in-house Sales/Marketing team to understand the target market/s and gain insight on the skills on offer within the business
  • Manage the lead generation of current and prospective clients within the CRM via outbound calls/campaigns
  • Provide accurate information on lead generation activity including clients reached, allocated in categories within the CRM, and also ensuring that all the prospects data is up-to-date on the system
  • Company profiling
  • Production of a telemarketing brief from time-to-time to improve the lead generation and appointment booking activity
  • Data cleansing and updating of company records within CRM
  • Winning deals within a certain size, and taking the client right through to deployment by building and mobilising the solution
