Join a dynamic and innovative team supporting our Central Executive in EMEA.  

In this fast-paced role, you will undertake the full suite of Executive Assistant functions, including calendar management, scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings taking place across different time zones and coordinating complex travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for planning and scheduling board and other VIP visits, creating reports and high-quality presentations utilising Excel and PowerPoint, document management, AmEx expense reconciliations, purchase orders and assisting with projects and other administrative duties as required. 

Reporting into the Executive Assistant to our CEO - Macquarie EMEA, you will have a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be comfortable with a busy schedule, whilst maintaining a proactive and collaborative mindset.  You will be a clear communicator, confident in liaising across all levels of the business hierarchy, both internally and externally.  Strong organisational, planning and multi-tasking abilities will also underpin your success, ensuring you are able to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
