This position (in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager), manages the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service and maintaining store standards. Supervises all part time store personnel and ensuring that all company policies, procedures and directives are being followed.

As a Retail Floor Supervisor you will:

* ensure sales growth

* lead and deliver high levels of customer care

* merchandise creatively

* manage stock and administration efficiently

* plus, you’ll provide cover in the Store Manager’s or Assistant Store Managers absence

* play a role in staff development
