Guest Service Assistants - Full time & Part time Striving in excellence and quality customer service, we are looking for fun, friendly and welcoming individuals with sound communication skills, to proudly and confidently represent The Flower Bowl consistently offering a service with a smile, ensuring the Barton Grange Group continues to stands out from the crowd. You will be responsible for the smooth running of all pre – and post-activity services, including reception, ticket sales, group bookings, the customer-facing cinema team and the shop, thereby ensuring a fantastic experience for all our guests. The venue will be open 7 days a week, 362 days a year, from 8.30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Full flexibility to work weekends, early mornings and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business. Various shifts are available. Please state clearly on your application whether it is Full or Part Time you are interested in PAY & BENEFITS: Salary ranges from £4.35 to £8.21 per hour depending on age.
