Hays Social Care are working with some fantastic providers around Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. We are looking for talented support workers to help vulnerable people to live happy and independent lives.
We can offer either full or part time hours, in a flexible working pattern that works for you. We pay a minimum of £9.20 an hour with weekly pay, we also offer free training, free DBS, holiday entitlement, a £250 referrals bonus should you be able to recommend a colleague, consistent work and a great service where you are properly looked after.
There is also the possibility of taking a permanent role with great opportunities for progression at any one of our providers should you wish to take your social care career to the next level.
You will need to have experience working with young people with complex needs, ideally hold an NVQ level three or equivalent (although this is not essential) and it would be beneficial if you held a full driving licence. You will be expected to a full range of daily activities including cleaning and cooking, days out, accessing the community.
