This is a fantastic opportunity to join the national charity for children’s nurseries, to use your in-depth knowledge of the EYFS to promote quality in early years by delivering services, training within the UK and overseas.

About the Role

The Early Years Adviser is a flexible role which offers the opportunity to work from the Head Office in Huddersfield or as a home based role, with overseas travel.

As Early Years Adviser you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our client’s international contracts, working closely with the Director of Business Development to secure further contracts.

Our client is the national charity and membership association representing children’s day nurseries across the UK, giving them information, training and support so they can provide the best possible learning and care for young children. They are the voice of the day nursery sector and an integral part of the lives of one million children and their families. Working with local and national governments, they develop an environment in which quality early learning and care can flourish

Contract type: Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £28,424.00

About You

The Early Years Adviser will be an experienced trainer with first-hand experience of running an Early Years

setting, with knowledge of the EYFS standards and other legislative standards for the sector, including health and safety legislation and best practice.

With outstanding communication skills, the you will be great at building relationships and hold a degree level qualification or equivalent experience in childcare. You will have excellent training and presentation skills, along with strong planning and report writing skills.

The Early Years Adviser will have experience of travelling and working on your own overseas and be flexible and able to undertake regular overseas travel to deliver training, advisory and other consultancy services.

You may have experience as a Nursery Manager, Early Years Advisor, EYFS, Teaching Assistant, Early Years Coordinator, EYFS Advisor, EYFS Coordinator.
