Do you love working as a customer service professional, and want to combine this with the ability to manoeuvre and look after VIP private aircraft and charter jets? Yes – this opportunity could be for you! 

About the Role :

+ You will meet arriving and departing VIP private aircraft and charter jet customers. Escorting them to/from their aircraft, ensuring your service to customer and crew is always remarkable. 
+ From a Microlight to a B767, every day we have new aircraft coming in and out and it is your job to look after them! Carrying out and ensuring service to customer, crew and jet is always 5-star. 
+ Safety, safety, safety - you will live and breathe safety on the airfield …. Your number one priority - enough said! 
+ Building professional relationships with your regular customers and crews will be expected, anticipating their needs and continuously exceeding their expectations
+ A seamless customer journey must always be provided, you will discretely carry out passport, VISA and documentation checks, including flawless paperwork completion
+ Assisting customers and crew with their every need for their private jet is what makes us the best. You will play a key part in this, offering impeccable ground services; toilet services, water, fuel, luggage, ground power unit and steps 
+ Every day we want you, our customers and your team to get home safely. The equipment you work with is key to this, you will inspect equipment to make sure it is of an optimal standard and most importantly is safe for everyone
+ This is a Zero Hours opportunity to support our customers and our team during busy periods, and to cover training and annual leave. 

About You :

+ You will live and breathe amazing service delivery. You should demonstrate to us that you deliver excellent customer service, constantly exceeding expectations and maintaining confidential information. 
+ When an aircraft, crew or customer is with us, they are our VIP guest and we must do everything we can to help them with their stay and future journey. Team working, use of initiative to anticipate customer needs and improvement activities during non-busy periods must be demonstrated to achieve this 
+ Driving our luxury brand people carriers and moving private aircraft means you must be able to drive, so you will need to hold a relevant and clean driving licence. Reasonable adjustments will be considered for those with a disability or impairment.
+ Our customers are everything and need us from 06:30-21:30 with 24hr on call, 7 days a week, so you will be flexible and able to work, with advanced notice, at a variety of times during the day and night
+ Our customers come from all over the world, any additional languages would be an advantage for building relationships - although this is not essential so please still apply if you are not wonderfully bilingual! 
+ Previous private aviation or aircraft towing experience is desirable. However, we can train you if you are a customer centric individual, enthusiastic to learn and with a focus on safety.
