Role
Our client based in Coventry are looking for an Office administrator to join their team of Chartered Tax Advisors.
The role has some flexibility on the hours offered and could be suitable for someone who is looking for either full time or part time.
The pay is £24,000 Per annum pro Rata, and is a permanent position with the company.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be responsible for helping provide support to the 3 Chartered Tax Advisors at the business.
You will be helping to:
* Maintain and create day to day office records and processes (Both Paper and Electronic files)
* Maintain the business data using Dropbox and Xero
* Update and maintain the Business Continguency Plan and keep a track of Renewals and changes of contacts.
* Organise the diaries of the other members of the team.
* Prepare papers relating to meetings and court appearances.
Duties may vary from time to time as would be expected with a small agile professional services company.
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with Office administrator or office manager experience.
We would be looking for the successful candidate to have previous experience of using Xero (Desired).
You will need to be a self starter and able to manage your own time.

There is the possibility of flexible working, including hours with the current hours of the role being Monday-Thursday.
There is the option for some flexible working with location (within reason).
22 days Annual leave + Bank Holidays.
Additional information
This is a permanent position and we are looking for candidates to start around the beginning of May to allow for a handover period. However if you are interested in the position and have a notice period, this will still be considered.
