Highbridge Resourcing urgently require childrens residential support workers to work in a 5 bed therapeutic residential children's home in Minehead.

The residential home offers a specialist therapeutic residential placement for young people with mental health problems and complex needs

The purpose of all placements is to offer a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people who are living in care.

Various shifts available shift patterns available, for full time or part time hours to suit.

Shifts can include long days plus sleepins.

£12.00 per hour plus £70.00 per sleep in.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have an NVQ level 3 in children’s and young people services, or equivalent

* Be a driver with access to own transport

* Have at least 6 months paid experience in childrens/young people or similar support worker role

* Have excellent communication skills – written and verbal

* Be motivated, flexible, and reliable

* A current DBS or happy to undertake a new one
