We are currently looking for an Junior SEO Executive to join our SEO team working in Oxfordshire.

The Junior SEO Executive role requires experience in a similar marketing role and would suit someone looking for their next career challenge (and a better work-life balance), based in beautiful Oxfordshire.

The role is focused around the promotion of our agency clients via email and phone outreach.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the promotion of our portfolio of clients and spend their days researching potential link-partners and emailing blogs and websites prospecting for links/brand mentions for our clients.

This role requires a creative-thinker as you’ll need to find angles to ensure the highest possible conversion rate on links/brand mentions acquired from the list of websites that are agreed between you and the SEO Manager for a client’s account.

Communication and client service skills are vital for this role as you will be interacting with lots of people via email daily and so having a persuasive and friendly manner will ensure optimum results.

There is an excellent performance bonus in place for this role on top of the salary. More details of this will be given at the interview stage. 

Day to day activity will include:

+ Receiving client briefs from our SEO Managers
+ Researching link placement opportunities online (training will be given)
+ Reviewing our client websites to find creative angles to promote
+ Emailing/calling our prospects list to establish the correct person to talk to
+ Pitching on behalf of our clients to gain links/brand mentions
+ Documenting work completed, replies to your outreach
+ Sending follow-up emails to warm-prospects
+ Working alongside our SEO Managers

About You:

The right person for this role will have the following essential key attributes/skills:


+ At least 12-18 months experience in a similar marketing/digital role
+ Experience of business administration
+ Good knowledge/experience of Excel spreadsheets
+ Good knowledge/experience of Google Sheets
+ Good knowledge/experience of Gmail, Outlook and various other email interfaces
+ Experience using Slack and any SEO Tools (an advantage) 
+ Self-motivated, comfortable working independently or as part of a team
+ Someone who enjoys their work and wants to be part of a growing & exciting agency
